Return & Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy:

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase if the product is in brand new condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for lightly used products. Return shipping costs are not included in the purchase price.

Refunds will be made within 5 business days of Every Pet Palace receipt of the item.

Return Process:

If you want to return an item due to a change of mind and there is no damage or defect, please write to us at info@everypetpalace.com.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once you inform us of your wish to return the item, we will inform you of the address to ship the item to us. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.

Returned items, excluding product errors, will incur a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, except in the case of damaged goods.

Exceptions to Refund Policy:

Burgundy Max

Due to concerns with hygiene, Burgundy Max products are not eligible for a return

Snoozer

Snoozer products come with a One Year Warranty


How to Start a Return:

To initiate a return for refund authorization, contact our customer service department at (959) 241-8081 or email info@everypetpalace.com. Upon approval, you will receive a return for refund authorization number. The customer is responsible for delivering the packaged item to a shipping center and is responsible for the shipping costs. 

Upon receiving the returned item, Every Pet Palace will inspect it, and a credit or refund will be issued based on the above policy.
