Orders and Returns

Return & Refund Policy:

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase if the product is in brand new condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for lightly used products. Return shipping costs are not included in the purchase price.

Refunds will be made within 5 business days of Every Pet Palace receipt of the item.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@everypetpalace.com.

Return Process:

If you want to return an item due to a change of mind and there is no damage or defect, please write to us at info@everypetpalace.com.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once you inform us of your wish to return the item, we will inform you of the address to ship the item to us. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.

Returned items, excluding product errors, will incur a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, except in the case of damaged goods.

Exceptions to Refund Policy:

Every Pet Palace Refund Policy for Dakota 283/Good Ideas, Inc.:

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, contact our Customer Service Department (info@everypetpalace.com) within 15 days of receipt. Damaged items must be reported promptly. Returns of undamaged, unused products in original packaging are accepted within 15 days with prior authorization. A 25% restocking fee and original shipping costs will apply.

Every Pet Palace Refund Policy for Owens Products:

Refund requests must be initiated within 15 days of the original purchase with an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returned items must be received within 15 calendar days from the RMA issue date. The customer is responsible for returning freight, and returns due to reasons other than Every Pet Palace error will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Refund on Zampa and Zinger Products:

Refunds on unused products can be requested within a 15-day period. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return:

To initiate a return for refund authorization, contact our customer service department at (959) 241-8081 or email info@everypetpalace.com. Upon approval, you will receive a return for refund authorization number. The customer is responsible for delivering the packaged item to a shipping center and is responsible for the shipping costs. 

Upon receiving the returned item, Every Pet Palace will inspect it, and a credit or refund will be issued based on the above policy.

Refund on Products made by Zampa and Zinger:

When returning products for a refund, contact us at info@everypetpalace.com or call (959) 241-8081. We will send you a refund authorization form which must be included in the package that will be returned to us.

Note: Due to health and hygiene concerns, crates showing any use or not in their original packaging cannot be returned for a refund.

For refunds on products made by Zampa, please initiate within a 15-day period, and the buyer covers return shipping costs.
